Above is correct. No one can link you to sites where you can download illegal material.
But as far as information that people can help you with, but you will have to ask some specific question that do not have to do with where to get the games.

You need a torrent client like azureus or utorrent
install one of those,and if you use a router you need to set up a static IP address,and forward the ports accordingly so it stays open
if you dont use a router,then dont worry.
Then you need to find some torrent sites to get the games from
there are some public sites like isohunt.com or mininova.org
there is also blackcats which is private site,but its full atm
when you go to these sites you look for the game you need,download the torrent file you need,makes sure it has plenty of seeds (people with 100% of the game)
then once you downloaded the torrent file,you need to open it with the client you just installed
you need to search for more information on the topics i touched on,like how to set up utorrent,as thats the main thing you might have problems with
But its all out there on the internet,just use google or the afterdawn search function

i'm using emule. can i download games to pc from there and howdo i do it? Also i am unclear of the legal and illegal aspects so if someone would please clarify i would be grateful. Don't want to break any laws just want to play. Thanks

its illegal to diwnloads unless you have the game it self EX:
you have guitar heros 2 and u liek it alot but... its all scratched up and u dont feel like buying another one. so u download it and make a copy of it if you need more help on this pm me ill be happy to go into detail
EDIT: emule isnt that great in my opinion niether is [limewire [for isos]] ill give u some links if u pm me
