Help me with ISO COMPRESSER please.

Hi, i have 1-2 games on my iso folder, the prob is i downloaded this game" need for speed carbon, own the city" and when i downloaded it, it was a cso file.

but when i play, the gameplay is kinda laggy (mostly when i go fast)

then i downloaded a program called PSP ISO COMPRESSER, and i uncompressed it to iso

but the prob is, the file is in WINRAR FORMAT. althought it says nfs.iso

do i have to extract it again? or just put the winRAR iso in the psp/iso folder ?
