i puchased dvd x express and i am having trouble playing dvd back up in my dvd player. my dvd player accepts all format and it's new. i have a tdk + r dvd burner. one person emailed me to follow this
1: Uninstall XPRESS
2: Delete the 321 Studios Folder
3: Go into Device Manager (see footnote if you do not understand how to
get into device manager)
4: Remove any devices under VSO Devices, be careful not to delete
anything BUT the "Patin Coufin" Engine.
5: If nothing is there, that is fine.
6: Run this ForceASPI - You can find this file at
ftp://supportfiles.321studios.com/ASPI and download ForceASPI2.exe
7: Make sure you run the pink Icon that the install leaves. It should
prompt you to reboot your computer after you complete the steps.
8: Reboot
9: Reinstall Platinum
10: Reboot
11: Copy your movie

i tried to do this but i didnot find this in my computer(i have an xp)
