I think this is in the right thread but I'm not sure. I couldn't find one that specifically said DVR. As for my question, is it possible to transfer the file of a recorded show to my sisters laptop? My grandparents have a DISHDVR 625 dual TV tuner that my sister recorded the a show on. I want to know if I can somehow directly hook up her laptop to the receiver to transfer the video file directly as opposed to a play and record method. Thanks in advance for any help and sorry if this is in the wrong section or it has been answered already or whatnot. I searched for it beforehand and got no results.
