Cwcheat wont load database

right i installed cwcheat onto my 3.51 m33 psp and when i hold select and it comes up to the cheat menu and i click on manual apply cheats and it dosnt come up with anything http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/1669/untitledxw4.png << thts the database its located in ms0/seplugins/cwcheat/cheat.db PLEASE HELP ME thanks:D

Hit Select Cheats instead of manually apply.
