How can I install the MC exploit with a USBExtreme?

I created a disc, mounted it, and then converted it.
I tried to start it up in my PS2, but nothing was there, and only one file was in the harddrive.

Edit: Ok, I got a copy of it on my HD, but when I start it it just gives me a blank screen.
