Nope, don't work pass 3.03 OE-C...yea, i wish someone do something about it...but it dont work because sony blocked the exploit, which cheat device/downgrader uses.

Cw Cheat is cool, but its not a good cheat device for GTA... the GTA one is made just for GTA and the cheats are really more compabile, i've been using devhook to emulate 3.02 or 2.0 just to use cheat device.
