Re-arranging DVD chapters to new DVD

I've tried to use Pinacle 10 plus, Adobe Encore and DVD shrink.

All I want to do is re-arrange existing chapters located on 2 DVD's to 2 new DVD's. Some chapters are from Disc 1 and some are from Disc 2 that need to be arranged onto the NEW DISC ONE.

I've ripped all the files to .avi but then get stuck on the next step.
Pinacle 10 plus is too vague with its tutorial for me to understand what part of the software I need to use and how,in order to achieve the result I want.

HELP! HELP! HELP! PLEASE.

Rip the DVD's to folders, then run DVD shrink in reauthor mode.
Open the folder of the first DVD.
Click 'reauthor' and drag title 1 from right to left.
Use the start/end tool (odd arrows logo) and select the bit you want.
Click 'backup' and save it to a folder.
It will be a new, little dvd.
Right click and 'Cut' this new title 1 (on the left)and re-drag the original title 1 from right to left again and select another bit and save it.
So you have three folders called tom, dick and harry.
Now open up the other disk and repeat the procedure.
Now you have folders April, May and June.
Close shrink and reopen.
Click reauthor and use the browse tool on the right hand side to open the first folder you want.
Drag title 1 from right to left.
Open the next folder and drag title 1 from right to left.
Click backup to save the new movie.
