"runtime error tristana on dvdxrescue"

everytime i load dvdxrescue i keep getting this error message "runtime error tristana".. i am using the most recent version of dvdxrescue which is 2.0 and am using dvdxplatinum 3.2.0...the dvdxrescue came with platinum.....as soon as i click on the icon to load rescue after the logo screen comes up i get that message...please if somebody knows something about this error. I am using xp-pro....directx9.0b....i dont know if this is an xp error or dvdxrescue error.. thnak you.
