so now that i know that i have to be 3.50 i have updated to 3.50. but i wanted to know what options i have for downgrading to 1.50 and then 3.40 OE?? any suggestions will be much appreciated...thx

Well you can:

1) Buy Lumines (unpatched) and downgrade or
2) Buy Lumines (unpatched) and downgrade.

Your choice.=] Then when you get to 1.50 upgrade to custom firmware.
