Hi,

I just got my ps2 modded (did not do it myself), when my ps2 turns on, I get the matrix infinty 1.93 screen, but I'm not sure if I do have the original matrix chip, is there any way to know other than opening my ps2?

Another big problem is my ps2 won't read any of my ps1 games. It reads ps2 games just fine. It will sometimes recognize the ps1 game, but when I choose the disc from the browser menu, I get the red screen with the flying cubes on it. Does that mean that I have a clone of the chip or what?

Any help would be appreciated. The Ps1 cd's I got from Egypt, so would that be the reason why they don't work. What format do the Ps1 iso have to be in order for the ps2 to read it??
