mkvMerge Errors - Joining .mkv Files - Help Please!

I just DLed a couple of mkv files - same movie, just split into two sections.

I tried opening up mkvMerge, adding the 1st file & them using the lovely 'append' button to add the second file.

Most unfortunately, this is what I got instead of a lovely joined movie.

Error: The file no. 0 ('D:\Z Seeding Z\{ANIME}\[AHQ] Inuyasha Movies 1+2\[AHQ] Inuyasha The Movie - Affections Touching Across Time Part I.mkv') does not contain a track with the ID 0, or that track is not to be copied. Therefore no track can be appended to it. The argument for '--append-to' was invalid.
