CWCheat 0.1.9 Error

I downloaded CWCheat 0.1.9 with the latest library of cheats. I go into a game, press and hold select, and the menu comes up. I select three cheats, circle (to go back), and check [Y] for Activate Cheats. However, when I resume play, the cheats clearly aren't working. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a new cheat device to use?

First of all, cheats don't work for online play with CWCheat if that's what you are trying to do (At least for Monster Hunter, they don't.)

Which game are you trying to use? (An CWCheat is your best option; nothing else even comes close.)
