Can i run my iso's and cso's through usb on...

Ok so i have a 1 gig mem stick and i have some iso'c and cso's that are more then 1 gig. So in order for me to play i would need to play them through usb or wifi transfer or something. So my question is is there some program or something that can run my games through usb or wifi or something? I have m33's custom firmware 3.52

I am also on 3.52 M33-2 CFW, and am looking for the easiest way to play .isos from PC using usb WITHOUT installing irshell.

Would these methods work in conjunction with the patched np9660 driver (ie no-UMD)?
