Using notebook to host PS2 games

Hi folks, Ive must have read a lot of pages, but no luck so far. My question is can I be able to place ps2 games on my notebook's hdd and use the notebook as an external hdd to play games?
I have a ps2 slim with a chipmod (slim comes with an eth port) and a simple notebook.

Bottom line is a will like to download ps2 games to my notebook's hdd nd connect my slim ps2 thru eth to play those games.
