Please could any1 help me. im quite new to all this but here goes. i purchased a psp with firmware 3.40 dark alex, the problem is only some of my iso/cso's work. a few do work fine but a load of them wont load up! does this have something to do with me not having a umd inserted? i was told i need to have a umd inserted, but then somebody else said that its not true i dont need a umd inserted!!!!!
any help appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

go into recovery mode -> configuration -. enable USE NO UMD.

if that still doesnt work then just have a demo UMD or something in the drive because some of my iso/cso wont work without a UMD in the drive(initial d : street stage)

many games will not work on 3.40OE-A without UMD

however, 3.52 M33 CFW has about 99% no-UMD compatibility as it contains a sony iso driver which has been patched...

they have only found 2 games which don't work no-UMD

time to leave 3.40OE-A behind :)

yeah i heard about the 3.52, few ppl have told me there are still problems with it tho???? mite give it a go if get no joy with this
