What's the best program to rip Xbox games to PSP ISO's?

Two games I have that'd be awesome to play on PSP; Mercenaries and GTA:San Andreas. Anyone know the best Xbox ripper for my system?

Erm, firstly, they are incompatable, meaning an xbox game image couldn't be converted to an iso. Secondly even if you got the image file for an xbox game, there is no emulation software for it for psp, nor will there ever be. There aren't even proper working xbox emulators for the pc
