UMD game to memorystick help!

I used iR shell and opened umd game disc. I then moved all files to memorystick.I tried to play the umd game with Ir Shell and the screen turns black. Can somebody help me.

You need to use a 'ripkit' for the game you are tryng to take off the UMD. Google XXX Ripkit. (Where XXX Is the title of the game you wanna rip)
