PSP SNES Rom Error 80020148

My SNES Emulator starts up and than a error pops up.
The game could not be started. (80020148)

On my PSP this is where my roms are.
J:\PSP\GAME\snes9xTYL\ROMS

I have 1 rom in there that looks like this:
Contra 3.smc

Should I rename the rom or something. Please Help ?? anyone...

It doesn't matter where the ROMs are if the Emulator doesn't come up.

First off, What firmware is on your PSP?
(Examples: 1.50, 3.52, 3.40 OE-A)

That's why then. You need to downgrade your psp to run homebrew properly.

Where can I find this 3.11 Hombrew downgrader and is it safe ?

You need the 3.50 downgrader and an unpatched copy of Lumines to DG.
It is perfectly safe as long as you follow all the instructions in the Read-Me.
You can find the downgrader at QJ

I Have the 3.40 OE-A and in my PSP, my roms are here:
X:\PSP\GAME\snes9xTYL\ROMS
