MultiDisk saves and 3.51 M33-7

Now that 3.51 M33-7 is out, how does this effect MultiDisk saves??

I'm about to start ripping my FFVII and Parasite Eve to my PSP from my games. I've read alot about CWCHEAT, Pops etc that was used back in the day. Still need to do this or are some of you doing this different ways?

Is it possible to tie multidisk games into one Eboot also? I've read this has worked on either Metal Gear or PE. How about FFVII? Please direct me to a good page if all of this has been addressed before.
