i just bought a w375 from an online store. i put my t-mobile sim card in it and have had some problems. i took it to the store and they said it was not supported so i am just out of luck. i am wondering if anyone knows how to fix these issues. they didn't seem to really care about helping me.

1st issue is that i try to go to the web or t-zones and it says that my phone is not supported to try later.

2nd issue is that i cannot send pic messages. i have been able to receive them but not send them out.

would appreciate any help or tips anyone can give me in regards to this phone. i love the phone and want to be able to do as much as possible with it.
