Problems CREATING Wiikey setup disc

So installed the wiikey modchip pretty sure the install went good, now I dl the wiikey setup. It says

To create the image, simply run the BootableDisc_XXX.bat matching

your console region.

Ok I try that and a screen pops up for half a second like it opened but closes instantly. Very strange like the program ran itself for less than a second. I have done this time and time again trying to read it and it says something like the directory to my boot disc file. Something along the lines of

C:/Users and Settings/Administrator/Desktop/BootableDisc_US.bat

Now the BootableDisc_US.bat is what I'm trying to run. Anyone have any ideas. Running that is supposed to create an iso image. Can someone tell me where to dl a premade wiikey setup iso image? Thanks.

wow i solved it, I only copied the one file to my pc when really you need all of them the one file makes an image from everything else so justdrag all those files onto the desktop and you should be good.
