ok you guys are the best. every problem so far I have had has been fixed thanks to you guys. ok Well i'm trying to stream movies from my computer to my xbox through my wireless internet. I beleve i have opened all the ports and file sharing software is enabled. my computer can find my xbox just my xbox can't find my computer. Any help would be appreciated. thanks again.

have you tried using a program like TVersity or ORB? I tried them once and it hooked right up after you install it and set up the media section right on the Xbox.

i use orb, works pretty good only problem is that you will need a wireless N router and such to stream wireless and keep up, wireless streaming is pretty choppy and lags likes a bitch!!!

ok thanks for the suggestions i'm going to try tversity and i was using windows media player before. I think it's just weird my cpu can find my xbox but my xbox can't find my cpu. For most people it's opposite. ok after I try tversity i'll let you know how it goes.

nope xbox didn't find my computer but i'm goin to keep that program cause it seemes easy. Has anybody heard of anybody else with this proublem?

Hey guys.

Ok I am connected to my 360 (by wireless). I can stream my pictures to my 360 and that works fine. But I download all of my movies on ARES. So when I go to videos I connect to my 360 and I look though all of the folders and I get to the folder where all of the movies would be I see nothing. I enabled file sharing though WMP. I have a Vista so of course I have WMC, and I can connect to that as well. My question is should I stream my videos though something like Divix?
