Ok so wen i go to download the emulator and extract it in WINzip there are no folders it is just all the files together so i have no idea where to make folders and stuff.

Can anyone please tell me where i can download the file in a RAR or like where tyo make the folders and stuff PLEASE

You need to give more information. Where did you download it from? What files are together? Why are you making folders?
And I agree with bt that you would've found an answer if you searched :)
