hi im new to the online experience on ps2 although i have set up my ps2 with the network adaptor and connected it to my router with a cross wiring cable and into my adaptor.
the network starting disk loads up fine and I set up my files and it passes all of its diagnostics tests until attempting to contact central station and error appears and it says 'Central station cannot be contated.Please check your setting and try again.
my ps2 model is a SCPH 30003R
and my router model is a EDIMAX whick works on virgin.
Please help this is driving me INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you enabled the dmz function on your router? then it can connect to anything it wants to. But then again sometimes they still dont connect which is a pain. If its enabled then give sony a call.
