I'm using the official 3.03 firmware, and I don't have GTA:LCS or Lumines. I want to be able to play ISOs and stuff, but I'm not sure how the whole decryption process works. Help would be greatly appreciated.

if you are on official 3.03FW then you can't use any homebrew (including decryption programs)

you need to either find Lumines or GTA or you are stuffed on official FW
