Help! Clone Dvd makes my burner stop recognizing blank dvds

Please help!

After doing the latest updates from slysoft on anydvd and clonedvd my burner has gone nuts. Here is situation:
I turn the computer on, insert blank media it is recognized and I can explore it with windows explorer, remove the media and insert my dvd original, anydvd will not auto read the dvd (I have to close and reopen anydvd in order for it to read), I start clonedvd and do all the same things I use to, the program files are created, and the disk auto ejects and clonedvd prompts me to insert blank disc, I put the disc in and nothing(I cancel and select write and still nothing), I then try and access the blank media with windows explorer and it gives a msg that I am not authorized to do this function.

In order to get the process to continue and the burner to recognize the disc I have to delete/remove the burner's driver and reload.

Is there a way to fix this so that I don't have to remove/reinstall the driver every time I want to back up my dvd?

P.S. I have tried to wipe off all slysoft software and reload, still having the same problem.
