I have 3.4OE-A and I was wondering how to run isos, also, my memory card is only 256mb, so is there a way to compress the isos? (thought I read something about that).

Did you search first? I remember answering this like a day ago.
ISO's go in the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick.
UMDgen can compress it to a CSO which goes in the ISO folder too.

Actually, looking at the PSX game that I downloaded theres 2 files, a BIN file and a CUE file. And the PSP game has a BIN file and an entire folder called PSP_GAME with a bunch of different stuff in it. Do I have to do something or just treat them as isos?

PSX images need to be converted into eboots with Simple Popstation GUI 3. Once you have the eboot, put it into a folder and put that folder into the GAME folde. Each PSX disc gets its own eboot and folder.
