Convert PAL TO NTSC. What software does?

I have some dvd's that CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD say it's in MPEG-2 PAL 16:9. Since most players don't play PAL...what can I use to convert it to NTSC and still keep the quality and everything?

Well if the files are ripped from a DVD (.VOB files) the best way is shown in the picture below...



All you need is VOBlanker.

Thanks! I just want what's ever best. What's the best ratio to use. I notice some of the DVD's I have are in 16:9 which Im guessing is widescreen.

what you use..is that a pretty descent software? I mean I use CloneDVD now and I know how it cuts down the quality now when you ask...but when I use that software you posted the pic of will it keep it's same quality? Also Im looking for something to rip certain parts of a dvd to just make like a music video or something.

VOBlanker does not affect the quality of your video. I'm not quite sure what program will do that program will for you, but you can blank out parts of a video with VOBlanker.
