I am having a problem on Oblivion. I went into Fort Irony and fought goblin shaman and after I killed the creature red puffs of smoke were lingering over top of it that changed to green. I started running and it folowed me. I cured myself of disease and poison afterwards but the there are bright spots that are impairing my vision. They dont appear if I look up or down. They appear as I look straight.
Has anyone else experience this and how do I go about getting rid of this?
Sounds like some kind of glitch to me, all i could say to do would be to load to before it happened or try waiting/sleeping. I highly doubt its some kind of sickness.
i've had many glitches with my oblivion. i hope with the new goty version, us past purchasers can have an update and the new expansion. the new goty play alot better, with more fps and less glitches.
the worst glitch by far is the screeching of death, which where random screeching like computer circuits fying and bleeping, the fps drop, and the game freezes after 15-30 seconds.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...
lol one funny glitch that happened to me was i was riding my horse and then all of a sudden the horse and i died so then i seen my body under the horses but i could still walk around and stuff but i couldn't see my self in third person and thats all i ever really play the game in but i could still see my sword in third person, so i got mad and reloaded the save and it was fixed.

Oh man that one gives me the chills especially when I got the volume cranked or are half asleep. And I'd love for them to release at least patch if not the expansion for past purchasers like you've said. I found out about the goty version after I bought it about 2 weeks ago, needless to say it was another one of those ffs moments =\
