MC Exploit with HDAdvance question!!!

Hello all,
I was wondering if there is a tutorial for being able to load HDAdvance to my memory card or if anyone could give me directions on how to do this. I've recently been using HDAdvance/Winhiip to load and play gamnes from my HDD and heard that it was possible to load HDA to my MC to save my laser. I do have a flip-top case but do not use it as I keep HDA disk in my ps2. I have been reading through threads and here is what I've gotten so far:

Boot.elf
Titleman.exe
Title.DB
System.CNF
Expinst.elf
Cdvd.IRX

I didn't create these myself, I downloaded an "MC EXPLOIT" .rar file and these were the files that were included in that download. Any assistance I could get would be greatly appreciated.. Thx
