So, one partition on my hard drive is crammed full, and the other is totally empty. What I need to do is move ALL my music/videos and other itunes stuff to my other partition. And anytime I ever try to do smthing new in iTunes it *ucks everything up...even burning a cd, I had to uninstall daemon tools and manually delete 2 drivers.

So, what is the correct way to move ALL my music/videos and keep itunes synced with them? Do I drag the whole iTunes folder over to the partition? Do I export the library?

If I drag the folder over, I will have to redirect iTunes focusing folder from my Music to F:\ how do I do that?
