how do u play iso on ur psp. I've got the offical firmware 3.51, tell me how ?

Well you can't. You need to downgrade but only up to 3.50 can be downgraded. Sorry

wait for a downgrader never upgrade untill there is a downgrader for a firmware higher than 3.51
