opening_plugin.rco wont open

i have a rco editor to change my topmenu_plugin.rco and it works fine,but im trying to open, opening_plugin.rco so i can change the bootup that says (sony computer entertainment).
when i try to open it,it says the following unexpected error occured!!! overflow (code:6) and then it says continue regardless and if i click yes it says invalid or "empty" (no resources) rco!

does anyone know what the problem is ???

please dont reply i worked it out i just downloaded a custom opening plugin and then i could open it.

Ok, i have a question, i just want to change the boot to something cool like the original PS2 opening bootup. Is the OPENING_Plugin.rco is a compressed file with a bunch of other stuff within????
