experiencing difficulties with intervideo windvr 3 tv card

Hi,
I installed the Intervideo WINDVR 3 tv card a few months back and have started to use it. However, I've been having some difficulty when I record a program and try playing it back. When I press the play button, it doesn't go down, or when I look for the program by pressing the Program button, I get a question mark. Thus, when I try
playing back the recording, I get a message saying that "The clip could not be found." I don't know why this happens. It doesn't occur all the time, but most of the time. Usually, when I use the program, I have to make a recording several times until I'm able to play it back or that I check that it appears in the program list, which is indicated by showing the date and time the recording took place.
If anyone knows why this occurs with this application, please let me know how I can solve this problem.
