Error when trying to trasnfer a game onto the MS

hi all, i just got a psp and i got 2 games that are in .iso and .cso format. i was tryin to transfer the files over to the MS (the MS is plugged directly into my laptop)and the same error occured for both games. The error says "Cannot copy gamename: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" is there somethng wrong with my MS or are the files actually corrupted? Thanks in advance.

i just took a game off of my frds MS and tried to transfer it into my MS, it gave me the same error message, would formating the MS fix this problem?

in attempt to fix this problem, you should do a couple of tests...
1. try to find more ISOs and CSOs to ensure that the ones are not corrupt
2. format your memory stick, then try again
3. try send the files via usb cable rather than the memory stick, from my experience with sending of the iso files via ms, it usually does not work in one try, but it will work flawlessly if transferred via usb cable for me
