Hi there,a slight problem ive recently started having and was wondering if anyone their could guide me in the right direction of fixing it. The problem is everytime i go to shutdown or reboot my computer it goes through the process of starting back up again and bringing me to the black screen where i can start windows safely,last best known configerations ect. To actually shut down my system i have to hold the power button in,and when i start back up again even after being shut down it brings me to the same screen. Thanks in advance.
