Getting codebreaker to work with my chip?

Got a matrix infinity and codebreaker doesn't boot up with it. If I hold the power button to turn the chip off codebreaker starts up fine, but of course since the chip's off I can't load a burnt game from codebreaker's menu. I bought the latest version, v.10, thinking it would be the best without even taking into account my modchip. How can I get any version of it working?
