PLZ Reply, I was looking at modding my 360. I don't want to have to take it apart to do it. so i was wondering if I get this i will be able to install, flash, and hook it up to USB and start putting "game backups" on my 360 HDD?

Ok first of all. The only way to mod it is to take it apart. The piece of equipment you have pictured is rigged from the 360's onboard s-ata port to that piece of equipment. Its only use is to make the firmware flashing process quicker. And second of all there is not a way that at least the public knows. To backup games on the hdd as of now.

Exactly, plus there's alot more to backing up games besides this xeno top gear. Although in my opinion it is very helpful. :)
