i have this game sharing problem

every time i try to connect via game sharing or hosting a game sharing or using a ad hoc there is an error show up

what will i do and how can i fix it is there any one can help me thanks a lot in advance

error code is 80410702 when iam trying to connect via game sharing

and when i try to use the ad hoc my psp hangs and shut off
