I lost my msdashboard on my xbox HELP

I have a dvd-rw and i need a program or soething to get the msdash back on my xbox. i used mechasualt and i pressed remove softmod and now my dashboard says Launch Disc System settings and i need some help. tell me a way to get my msdash back thnk u

Will it boot games?

If it will you can use the Softmod menu to FTP into your console and replace the C:\ contents with fresh, clean M$ Dash files!

My tutorials can show you how!

Delete the entire contents of C:\ and then reinstall the new, fresh files to the C:\ Root. That's it!

and when u now that go into your xbox delete all of c and then extract those files you downloaded which is the microsoft dash to sumwhere on ur pc then take all of those dash files and move them to c and you should be good to go and one tip do not unplug ur xbox for more then five hours or your screwed just make sure u always have the power cord pluged in the back of your xbox
