hey everyone, i've got a psp with firmware3.52 and i've just downloaded a cso game 4 my PSP so i was just wondering whether it's possible 2 play any cso/iso games on my version of PSP n i also don't want to take any risk by downgrading my psp because i just bought it 4 days ago....I tried my ways but failed each n every time.... PSE i really need ur help guys. I would really apprecite ur help in this matter.

no. you can't play iso/cso games with 3.52 firmware
you need to downgrade to 1.50 or get CFW.

LOL. big mistake upgrading / buying to 3.52 Official.
Your gonna have to wait a very very long time for a downgrader.
In the meantime, you cant play isos.

cfw = custom firware

3.52 = sony official firmware

custom firmware is unofficial thus allows u to play iso/cso since it does not check for sony digital signature

I find that odd that you bought a psp just recently that already had 3.52fw on it...Did you buy it used from someone that took the liberty of updating it for you? Or new from the store? If new, take it back saying it doesnt play UMD games or something-and get a different one..In any event, you wont be able to play any iso/cso's for quite a while...If you got it second hand, you could sell it on ebay,or craigslist and then get one that has 3.50fw or less....

Hm...You should trade your money back.It's quite a waste buying these games.They cost too much for a tiny little UMD...You should buy a cheaper PSP at eBay.You need to buy version 1.5 or a version with letters in front of the number.[E.g, 3.40OE-A].Best to buy would be 3.40OE-A or 3.52M33(3.52M33 has a few bugs on it.)If this message doesn't make sense then tell me.
