Titles that were made using adobe photoshop
on stills, that were then incorporated into
the video timeline and appear as part of video
appear jumpy in the final product, but
the titles made in adobe premier are not.
the troublesome titles are not jumpy in the
.avi file,
so i think it is a problem with the encoding?

i am using standard ntsc settings in tmpgenc,
have tried using different format stills,
jpeg, tif, gif, psd, with no differences.
i tried setting tmpgenc on high quality,
noise resolution, and its slowest setting.
great resolutoin, and everything else looks
excellant.
