Please i need help downgrading my brothers psp from firmware 2.60 to 1.50,but the problem is that i do not have a GTA lcs.So i need a downgrader that doesnt need GTA lcs cos the place i live which is in Nigeria and its difficult and very expensive here and what are the odds on getting the exact copy and not a pirated copy.Pls can someone sell me he's Please.

there is a 2.71DG that does NOT need GTA UMD
