Okay, so I did recovery mode, so my PSP is back to the 1.50 state! When I download the M33 3.52 CFW, it says in the instructions to put the kxploitpatcher and %kxploitpatcher in the GAME folder! Well in the .Zip folder, there is no kxploitpatcher or %kxploitpatcher in there! All there is, Eboot.pbp, pops.txt, popsloader.prx, readme.en, readme.ru! So where are those other files at, so that I can update to this firmware?! Thanks!

then you didn't download the proper file
it contains:

readme.ru
readme.en
M33CREATOR/EBOOT.PBP
1.50only/kxploitpatcher
1.50only/kxploitpatcher%
