Is it possible to downgrade from 2.81 without a copy of GTA, or buying a UMD game?
If so, how?

i think they do, look for GTA or Lumines

of course if you buy a game from GAME they have 10 day money back, no questions asked

As long as its still in the selaphine, tried with an Xbox360 game and they explained, that was only their policy now, if it was still in the wrapper you can get your money back.
