I've found all the target marks on easy mode on lost planet, in order to get the pioneer achievement, do I need to do all different difficulties to obtain the achievement, as I didnt get the achievement.

if i were you, i would play it on hard or whatever, because that would cover all the easy and medium achievements all in one fowl swoop :D

Ive beaten it on insane, started off with casual, followed by hardcore, and finally with insane, recently I've been playing it on live, cant get enough of the action, lol.
