Is it the original UMD or a downloaded ".iso" or ".cso" file. If you downloaded, got it from a friend, I don't care, any source not direct from UMD, it most likely was edited out. When people rip UMD's direct, the size of it can reach as high as 1.8, but I've yet to see a game top 1.4. So in order to reduce size, they use a program to edit out files that are absolutely critical to function, ie specific audio, background pictures, certain video clips, etc. It happens all the time. Next time you download a game, look for "Direct UMD Rip" or "Direct Rip" or "Full Version".

By ripped, do you mean you personally ripped the UMD or saw the UMD being ripped. Be honest now, did you download it? And the new Naruto game that was just recently released does not have a "patched" version. There is only 1 thus far. Well, there is the Jap, Eur, and USA versions, but other than region, its all the same software.

If I was you, I'd go to www.isohunt.com and do a search for "Naruto USA PSP" without the quotes, of course. Look in the size column and download the one that is the largest, but keep the number of seeders in mind. I recommend uTorrent. If the title includes "UMD Rip" or "Full", that may be an un-messed with version. I have an account with GameFly. I get 3 games at a time. I just get the games, rip each one, and send it back an hour latter. I no longer trust downloads, so I rip my PSP games personally so I know for a fact its the full un-messed with version. For only $23 a month, unlimited games, it's a good deal. I do hope a moderator doesn't tell me telling you this is against some type posting rules - if it does, I appologize in advance.
