cant get UMDs to run in 3.51 m33

hi
im trying to get tekken and GTA:VCS to run from the UMD and it keeps giving me an error "The game could not be started 80020148"

any help will be great full

and i thought that error code only appears for outdated FW?

try go to recovery menu and make sure "no-UMD" is disabled
