dont understand ur qns.

ur version is 2.71

u may want to consider downgrading to 1.5 and upgrading to CFW

lol are you trying to get internet downloads to run, or use the internet? You can use webbrowser from 2.71 (I think) it's all the way to the left in the xmb (main) menu.

If you want to play internet games and such, then you need Lumines (unpatched) to downgrade. If you search you'll find a lot on that.
